Hahahahaha - it's been recently reported that the famed Spice Girls of the 1990s are planning a reunion tour this winter. 
The tour's to be kicked-off [but where else?] in beautiful Los Angeles on December 7th, 2007! From there the girls will jet set off to Las Vegas, New York, London, Cologne, Madrid, Beijing, Hong Kong, Sydney, Cape Town and Buenos Aires - each rumored to have their own private jet supplied by their label [Virgin Records] for the tour.
So the nineties are officially back. Who would've thought the Spice Girls would ever get back together?

DESCIPTION:
Critical Mass is a monthly bicycle ride to celebrate cycling and to assert cyclists' right to the road.
The idea started in San Francisco in September 1992 and quickly spread to cities all over the world.
Critical Mass has a different flavor from city to city -- there's a big variety in size, respect of traffic laws (or lack thereof), interaction with motorists, and intervention by police. So if you want to know more about Critical Mass, you'll really need to find out what your local ride is like.
Critical Mass has no leaders, and no central organization licenses rides. In every city that has a CM ride, some locals simply picked a date, time, and location for the ride and publicized it, and thus the ride was born.
CM is an idea and an event, not an organization.
Some CM riders try to tie up traffic as much as possible and be otherwise confrontational with motorists. Such riders are missing the point about Critical Mass. CM is a celebration of cycling, not a war against motorists. CM is about asserting our right to the road, not denying others their right to the road. Those who want to play juvenile games are encouraged to stay at home instead.

So, word on the street is that Paul McCartney is suppose to be having a free SECRET show today at Amoeba in Hollywood to promote his new album. Word at Amoeba is that people found out & decided to camp out two days in advance to see him. They were supposedly given vouchers to come back and see him ... TODAY, NOW & youre late for not being there now. Its okay, me too. Limited number of wristbands were given out at 12:30pm, with doors opening at 6:30pm. Our advice is: take the metro & goodluck.

I remember the first time i saw these boys at the smell - I think halfway through their set i went outside for a cigarette.
Yet time has passed, and has been good to both of us.
I quit smoking - and they more than keep my attention these days.
I was pretty stoked to see them play last night - i even forced my way up front and center.
They've just recently released a new 7" onPPM
AND they're leaving to tour continental America in just a few days, so check them out if you have a chance [or at least just give them a listen].

I wouldn't recommend skipping out for a smoke break anytime soon, especially if these kids are up.

Mayors are being urged to spend more money on marketing the U.S. to make it more appealing to tourists. The fact of the matter is that the U.S. doesnt have much to offer the rest of the world. Our economy is struggling and were in debt to everyone & their mom. I guess if youre the patriotic type this kind of news may hurt to hear .. but its the truth.
As a California resident, would you really want people to visit? I mean aside from Disneyland, contaminated beaches, hazy skies, & traffic arent the most appealing things. I want to encourage everyone to get out, even if it means supporting someone else's economy. Life is way to short to be stuck in your state, city, or on your block. Save up, travel, see the world. Word to mother.

The MASH World Premiere
ive never seen so many fixies in one place before. if i had to write a review it would probably consist of 40's, budd, & an entertaining film. FREE FREE FREE .. yeah, both showings were free and if you had boosties then you would have gotten the deep v's & tires being thrown into the crowd. pretty fun night at the Victoria Theatre.
